NIAGARA MOTOR ENTHUSIASTS – EVENT PARTICIPATION

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following terms in

consideration of being allowed to participate in the event hosted by Niagara Motor

Enthusiasts.

1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in automotive events involves inherent

risks, including but not limited to vehicle operation, moving vehicles in confined spaces, weather

conditions, and the actions of other participants or spectators. 

I assume all risks associated with

my participation and the presence of my vehicle at the event.

2. Compliance and Safety I agree to follow all local traffic laws and event-specific rules. 

I understand that any "stunt driving", excessive revving, or reckless behaviour is strictly prohibited

and may result in immediate removal from the event.

3. Release and Waiver I hereby release, waive, and discharge Niagara Motor Enthusiasts, its

organizers, volunteers, and the owners of the event premises from any and all liability, claims,

injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, including negligence, to the fullest extent

permitted by the laws of Ontario.

4. Media Consent I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for use

on social media (Instagram/YouTube). By attending, I consent to the use of my likeness and

vehicle in such content.

5. Governing Law This waiver is binding and governed by the laws of Ontario.
